We are not tax experts, for tax advice you should consult your tax professional.  That being said, most people treat the cash back you receive from iConsumer as not taxable.  This is because it is a “rebate” – a reduction in the price you paid for something.  It has nothing to do with being a shareholder in iConsumer.
