Offering Closed – May 10, 2017

By: Robert Grosshandler | May 1, 2017

We’re one step closer to getting quoted.  FINRA requires us to close our offering before submitting to them for quotation approval.

We closed our offering at the end of the day May 10, 2017.  This means we cannot accept new investors from the public until we file a new offering with the SEC, and the SEC qualifies that offering.

We hope, but cannot guarantee, that we’ll have a qualified offering by the end of May.

For the eagle-eyed among us, this used to read May 1, 2017.

So…… used to read May 1 2017? Then what
Is the offer you state on FB – 100 shares if WHAT?

100 shares in iConsumer. That’s the only meaningful effect of closing the offering. The other minor effect of not having an open offering is that we need to wait to transfer the stock people are earning. Once FINRA gets us our ticker symbol, we’ll file a new offering, and once that’s qualified, we’ll start transferring the stock to the transfer agent.
