One of the things we’re trying very hard to do is to announce things in a public forum. so that anybody who is interested can learn the same things at the same time as anybody else. On occasion that may lead to some posts that are less interesting than other posts. I’m writing one of those now.
We’re doing it because we think that’s how a company where every customer is a shareholder and every shareholder a customer should act. We’re doing it because we think transparency is easier (we don’t have to remember who we told what, when). And we’re doing it because we want everybody to be an insider. If everybody is an insider, nobody is an insider. We hope that helps us comply with the restrictions on trading the SEC places on insiders.
There are going to be things we don’t share with everybody. When we do share that kind of information with our advisors or other insiders, they’re prohibited from trading on that information.
