By: Robert Grosshandler | April 07, 2021

We share these results because how we’re doing at Amazon gives us, and you, insights that we think are valuable. As we mentioned last month, we saw wide variances in our January, February, and the first part of March results. Therefore, we’re presenting the entire quarters’ preliminary results, smoothing out that unexplained variability. We share … Continue reading Amazon 1st Quarter Results

This new offering becoming qualified set into motion changing the price at which we sell our stock (either because you earn it shopping, or buy our stock directly from us at iConsumer.com/invest).

Updated Mission Statement

By: Robert Grosshandler | February 25, 2021

Every company worth its salt has a mission statement. Certainly every tech startup does. Sometimes they have vision statements, sometimes they talk about purpose. Slight differences, but generally they serve the same objective. It feels like something that only MBAs would love, but it turns out to be quite useful as a marketing and management … Continue reading Updated Mission Statement

In short (more <haha>) that means somebody is betting against us/me, and … Continue reading Short Selling / Gamestop / iConsumer

Looking Forward

By: Robert Grosshandler | January 21, 2021

As I write this, a new president has just been sworn in, the Covid-19 vaccine is beginning to be delivered, and we have a divided Congress. The pundits are mixed on the results these changes should mean for the economy. Here’s what we’re planning for, our best estimation of the future as it affects your … Continue reading Looking Forward

Fourth Quarter: Amazon / Membership / Stock Price

By: Robert Grosshandler | January 07, 2021

We’ve begun preparing our year end financials. Look for those late in April. On top of that, we’re due to file a new offering circular before June. In order to make that process a little easier on us, we’re preparing to file it (our 1-A) possibly as early as February.

By: Robert Grosshandler | December 31, 2020

Now through January 31, 2021 With the extension of the Federal Stimulus program, and the strength of our holiday season, we’ve decided to offer Double Stock Back for another month. We went into great detail as to our thinking on this in this post earlier this year. It’s our New Year thank you to all … Continue reading Double Stock Back Extended Again
