I’m quite pleased with Amazon this month (it’s one of our canaries in our coal mine – a leading indicator). As always, these numbers are preliminary, subject to change without notice, and may be a misguided leading indicator. (Sometimes it’s just the canary’s time to go.)
Good things are happening. Some of them are easy to see publicly (our new member count, for instance). Some will become apparent when we issue our semi-annual financials next month. Some you can interpolate from watching how many shares are being earned.

As of this morning, the price per share on the open market is $.10; the number of shares outstanding is 112,975,894. So the Market Cap of your business is $11,297,589.
June will be another interesting month. Amazon has announced that June 21 and June 22 are Prime Days. In the past, we’ve seen a substantial positive bump in revenues due to our members shopping on Prime Day.
So far in May we all used iConsumer so much that our Amazon revenues were up 242% over last year’s mid May number. That’s more than triple growth. Confused? That’s the fun of statistics.
People are more likely to shop more and tell their friends more when they see our stock price go up. People shopping more means we earn more. Making earnings go up. Just maybe, that makes the stock price go up. People get more excited and I get to use the word more more. And it goes on and on.
We’ve published our 2020 year-end financial statements, our SEC mandated 1-K. In the traditional public company world (if we were a “fully-reporting” company), they would be called a 10-K.
